Careermakers Recruitment is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our team at our Head Office in Manchester City Centre M4 6JW.
You will be responsible for entering workers timesheets onto our payroll system. Main duties involve:
– Checking Candidate Right To Work Documents
– Data Entry
– Answering calls
– Registering candidates on to our payroll system
– Liaising with Candidates and Clients
– Entering Worker Hours onto System
– Processing Worker Holiday Pay and working out Holiday Accrual
– Good communication skills
– Excellent eye for detail
– Be able to use Computers, Microsoft Office
– Quick learner as you will need to learn our Payroll System
– GCSE Grades A* – C or equivalent as minimum
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.30pm
– Salary – £21,000 per annum
